Acceptance
By using Bhaada apps or web properties you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Booking rules
Fares are estimates until confirmed. You must provide accurate cargo details and comply with OTP verification.
Cancellation
Fees may apply after a driver is assigned or upon repeated cancellations. Drivers may cancel for safety or misdeclared cargo.
Liability
Bhaada connects shippers and drivers. Limited liability caps apply as disclosed in-app for lost or damaged goods unless additional insurance is purchased.
Payment terms
Charges are captured via authorized processors. Disputes must be raised within 7 days with trip IDs.
Driver obligations
Drivers must maintain valid documents, follow traffic laws, and complete OTP steps honestly. Fraud leads to deactivation.
